PRESS RELEASE

BELLEVUE, Wash. (October 13, 2007) — With the increased number of recent events regarding the recall of painted toy products imported from China containing higher than permissible levels of lead, SimplyFun, a manufacturer of original games and other family entertainment products, initiated a retesting of all its painted products and accessories to ensure product safety.

As a result of the company's safety and quality assurance retesting, SimplyFun announced today a voluntary recall of five frog shaped wood painted playing pieces from the board game Ribbit™, due to levels of lead in surface paint that exceed the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission requirements. The recalled product affects up to 1500 Ribbit games sold in the
United States from March 1, 2007 to October 10, 2007.

SimplyFun is asking consumers to immediately remove the frogs from the game and discontinue using them. Consumers will receive a set of five replacement frogs or may choose a full refund of the product.

"The quality and safety of our products is our number one priority," said Gail DeGiulio, Chief Funster of SimplyFun. "We are working to remedy this unfortunate situation promptly, with your child's safety, and continued trust in mind."

Notification of this recall has been sent to all SimplyFun independent consultants who sold this product, along with thorough instructions to provide to their customers. As a SimplyFun Consultant does not stock replacement items,
consumers are advised to direct all recall-related questions to SimplyFun.

Q: Why is the SimplyFun game Ribbit being recalled?

A: Due to recent events regarding the recall of higher than permissible levels of lead in painted toy products imported from China, SimplyFun initiated a retesting of its painted products and accessories to ensure their safety.

As a result of this safety and quality assurance retesting by an independent laboratory, SimplyFun announced a voluntary recall of five frog-shaped wooden painted playing pieces from the board game Ribbit™ due to levels of lead in surface paint exceeding the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission standards.

Q: If I own the game Ribbit, what should I do?

A: We ask you to immediately discontinue use of the affected frogs.

All customers with known addresses will be sent a set of five replacement frogs as soon as they are available that have been independently tested to meet the Consumer Product Safety Commission requirements.

Q: What happened and why did this happen?

A: Retests of the finished product showed high levels of lead in the paint that exceeded the results of the initial testing, putting the product out of the range of compliance with safety standards. We're still investigating the situation at this time. However, to ensure the standard of safety and quality you've come to expect from SimplyFun, in addition to our primary compliance testing, SimplyFun has initiated a secondary testing program for all paint-based materials by an independent laboratory, as well as increased random inspections and reviews of our vendors.

Q: When was the game manufactured and released for sale?

A: The recalled product includes up to 1500 Ribbit games sold in the United States from March 1, 2007 to October 10, 2007. Any Ribbit game sold after October 10, 2007 is not affected by this recall.

Q: What have you done to insure the quality of future game and toy production?

A: To assure that all new games and products you purchase from SimplyFun exemplify the safety and quality you have come to expect, we have established additional safeguards as part of our testing process. In addition to our primary compliance testing, SimplyFun has initiated a secondary testing program for all paint-based materials by an independent laboratory, as well as increased random inspections and reviews of our vendors.
